Licensing Information

The Tennessee Real Estate Commission requires 90 hours of training and subsequent testing to become licensed. The training for the initial licensing consists of two mandatory courses.

We offer the mandatory two-week Pre-Licensing course and the one-week New Affiliates course. This in-person training is available monthly for either morning or evening classes. The tuition includes your textbook, workbook, and state testing information.
