Generational Marketing
This course is designed to explore the differentials
of the four groups that make-up today's society. We
will analyze the "Lost Tribe" or Veterans, Baby
Boomers, Generation X, and the Nexters. These groups
account for all our labor force, consumers and
management positions. This can pose problems in the
workplace, depending on which hat you are wearing or
which side of the counter you are on. Our course
identifies and individualizes each group and how
they relate to employer, customer and each other in
the marketplace. It is an excellent chance for
self-assessment and enhancement. |
